1. What is ACH?
ACH (Automated Clearing House) is a payment system that is utilized to process direct deposit transfers. Choosing this option will allow you to receive your owner interest division order payments directly through an electronic funds transfer (EFT). EFT is an automated process that directly transfers funds to your financial institution (bank, credit union, etc.).

2. Do I need a computer to be enrolled in direct deposit (ACH)?
You do not need a computer to enroll in direct deposit. You only need a valid bank account to direct funds. However, please note that a valid email address is required to enroll in direct deposit in some states

3. How do I set up direct deposit (ACH)?
- Verify that your banking institution offers direct deposit via electronic funds transfer (EFT).
- Once verified, fill out the Permian Basin or Ohio River Valley Direct Deposit Enrollment Form (DDEF). You must provide a check with “VOID” written across it or a letter from your bank verifying your account. The routing and account numbers written on your DDEF must match the bank routing and account numbers on your voided check or the verification letter from your bank. Deposit slips are not accepted. Dual signatures are required for joint accounts. If all the listed requirements are not met, your DDEF will not be accepted.
